Welcome to La Cuacheros! By renting a scooter/motorbike or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Rental Requirements
- Riders must present a valid driver’s license (local or international).
- Helmets must be worn at all times while riding.

Booking & Payment
- Full payment or deposit must be made before releasing the scooter.

Use of Scooters
- Racing or reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
- Scooters must not be operated under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Fuel & Return
- The scooter will be supplied with a full tank of fuel upon delivery and must come with a full tank of fuel upon return.
- Scooters must be returned on the arranged location on the agreed schedule.

Insurance & Liability
- Renters are responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the scooter during the rental period.
- La Cuacheros is not liable for accidents, injuries, or personal belongings lost during the rental period.
- The renter is responsible for all damages to the vehicle regardless of cause (including but not limited to any damage caused by collision, accident, theft, vandalism, act of God, or other events).
- The renter will be responsible for the cost of repair, towing, storage, impound and all other related expenses associated with processing the loss and/or damage.

Customer Responsibilities
- The scooter is received in good working condition. Renters must ensure proper care of the vehicle.
- Renters must report accidents, breakdowns, or damages immediately.
- Renter will pay for fines, penalties, or damages caused by misuse.

Company Rights
- La Cuacheros reserves the right to refuse rental service at its discretion.
- Terms may be updated from time to time; updates will be posted on our website.

Website Use
- All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by La Cuacheros.
- Users may not copy, reproduce, or misuse our content without permission.

Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
