Rental Basics
What do I need to rent a scooter?
You will just need a driver’s license to rent out our scooters.
Is an international driver’s license required in Siargao?
Foreign driver's license can be used for 90 days starting from the date of arrival in the Philippines. Travelers planning to stay and drive for longer than 90 days are required to get a Philippine driving license from the Land Transportation Office (LTO).
What is the minimum age to rent a scooter?
Since we require a license to rent scooters, it also means that the renter is already of legal age to drive.
Booking & Payment
How can I book a scooter?
You may book your scooter by reaching out to us through text, call or WhatsApp. We also accept walk-in bookings but this will be subject to scooter availability due to demand.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
We do not collect a deposit when renting out our scooters but we ask that you take good care of the scooter and keep it in good condition.
What payment methods do you accept?
We are exploring other methods of payment but we currently only accept cash or payments via GCash.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
We have no refund policy. Once the scooter is collected, the booking is deemed as final and non-refundable.
Pick-up & Drop-off
Do you deliver scooters to hotels, hostels, or the airport/ferry port?
We deliver and collect our scooters anywhere across the island of Siargao.
What if my arrival is delayed?
If there is a delay in your arrival, please do let us know in advance so that we can arrange delivery of the scooter accordingly.
Can I return the scooter outside business hours?
Yes. We operate 24/7, but the return of the scooter must be arranged ahead of time.
Rates & Discounts
What are your rates?
Our daily rate is Php 350.00 and the minimum rental is one day. Payments are to be made in full upon delivery of the scooter.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
Yes. We rent out our scooters for Php 6,500.00 per month.
Are helmets and surf racks included in the price?
Yes, we provide helmets and surf racks.
Is fuel included in the price?
The price doesn’t include fuel. The scooter will be supplied with a full tank of fuel upon delivery and must come with a full tank of fuel upon return.
Safety & Rules
Is wearing a helmet required in the Philippines?
Yes, it is required.
Can I ride with a passenger?
Yes, you may ride with a passenger. That’s a maximum of two people on a scooter. We will provide helmets for both.
Can I take the scooter outside of Siargao?
Although this is possible, please don’t. You may only drive the scooter within the island.

What should I do if the scooter breaks down?
Please reach out to us. We will be there to help.
Do you offer roadside assistance or replacement bikes?
Yes. In the event of a scooter break down, please let us know and we’ll be there to help.

Insurance & Liability
Am I responsible for damages to the scooter?
Yes. The renter is responsible for all damages to the vehicle regardless of cause (including but not limited to any damage caused by collision, accident, theft, vandalism, act of God, or other events). The renter will be responsible for the cost of repair, towing, storage, impound and all other related expenses associated with the processing the loss and/or damage.
What about theft or loss?
We charge a replacement fee of Php 1,000.00 for lost keys. In case of theft or loss of the scooter, the renter will have to pay for the full price of the vehicle.
Extra Services
Do you provide surf racks?
Yes, a surf rack comes with the rented scooter.
Do you provide extra helmets?
Yes, we provide helmets to both the driver and the passenger.
